When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Pre-order items will ship on or around the date specified on the product page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that music products, including vinyl and CDs, must remain sealed to be eligible for a return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
